In 2024, MainEvent’s Release Notes chronicled roughly 213 improvements. Here are some of the biggest difference-makers that brands and agencies are leveraging to improve their field programs.

“We curate the top AI functionality in the industry to deliver the most value to our product teams,” Natlie explains. “One of our favorite recent offerings, Artifacts, allows for on-the-fly creation of webpages, graphics, and interactive charts.”
mAInevent Vision analyzes photos for insights, provides a search interface, and identifies duplicates.
“MainEvent clients typically store a lot of images,” according to AIML Developer Vinnie Singleton. “Historically, it’s taken a lot of time to locate the ideal photo - but mAInevent Vision simplifies this process by mining data from all your images, and making it easy to find exactly what you want.”
“AI image processing also helps identify suspicious user activity,” explains MainEvent Product Lead Andy Plax. “For example, managers can be alerted when field staff are re-using images or text descriptions from past events in their recaps. Even if a user edits an old photo and re-uploads it, it’ll get flagged based on an AI-generated similarity score.”
Labor compliance is now achievable for every state and province.
“For groups managing hourly staff across national field programs, it’s hard to keep up with each state’s rules around break time, rest time, and overtime,” says Andy Plax. “The Compliance Module takes all of these laws into account with respect to staffing and payroll - plus it’s automatically updated when new legislation is passed.”
Send sitewide notifications, then allow staff to RSVP to events and submit expense claims.
- Configurable Notification Banners appear at the top of your MainEvent application to make users aware of important information.
- The RSVP System allows managers to send invites to staff, who can confirm or decline their availability. From there, managers can select who to assign for each shift.
- For groups that use MainEvent to process payroll, Claims streamline the process of submitting and approving hours worked and expense reimbursements.
