Balancing AI & the human touch at the Experiential Marketing Summit
What happens in Vegas? For the MainEvent team, it was a chance to spend quality time with our clients - and demonstrate the AI capabilities of mAInevent Agents.

Over 1,300 leaders from across the experiential and field marketing world convened in April 2025 in Las Vegas for the Event Marketer’s Experiential Marketing Summit. Network Ninja’s MainEvent Team was on hand to support our clients, demo new features, and immerse ourselves in the latest industry trends.
Putting AI in the hands of field marketers
We spent a lot of time in Vegas introducing folks to mAInevent Agents, our new AI tool that turns natural language queries into instant experiential insights.
After speaking with dozens of brands and agencies about Agents, we picked up on some important industry trends:
- Agencies are seeking deeper measurement and analytics solutions.
- Client-side teams want easier-to-use reporting and visualization tools.
- Real-time insights continue to be a priority for field marketing programs.
(mAInevent Agents can solve the issues above for field marketers, so book a demo here.)
Meeting some of our favorite people
The true highlight of the week for us was spending time with our amazing customers. Below is our own Andy Plax (right) posing with Josh Rubin (left) and Alana Elsey (center) from Monster Energy. With an incredible field team of over 200 staff, Monster has conducted over 146,000 activations at 33,500 events with over 4.39 million photos - all tracked in MainEvent.
“Over the years we’ve looked at other products, and MainEvent is by far the best.”

We also got a chance to chat it up with Jorah Grady, who represents Moët Hennessy at Public Label. Their agency makes heavy use of MainEvent’s Allocations Module to divvy up thousands of alcohol beverage events to distributors across the nation.
“It’s going to take so much less time to do all my recaps with mAInevent Agents!”

Since 2005, Product Connections has been tracking campaigns for big-name clients like PepsiCo, Guinness, and Sam’s Clubs around the country. MainEvent allows them to manage and analyze every execution, condensing their essential data into dashboards and reports - giving them the opportunity to continue to exceed expectations in their field.
See you next year?
With attendance up 22% from 2024, EMS 2025 provided an ideal environment to connect with forward-thinking brands and agencies. If we missed you this year, hope to see you in 2026!
