- Staff profile fields,

- Employment/HR documents with electronic signatures.
The onboarding system uses logic and status gates, allowing candidates to apply and progress through the application process in a series of simple steps. Once they’re set up, applications can be sent from MainEvent to prospective employees via email and text message.
One-click HR approvals
As applications roll in, HR staff can review and approve them with a single click. Need multiple layers of approvals? They’re available too.
If an application needs revisions, simply mark it with an HR exception, and send it back to the applicant for edits.

Once a new employee is approved, they’ll complete the hiring process by digitally signing required documents. These and other onboarding materials are easily accessible from the Staff Profile page.
After signing the docs, new staff can be immediately assigned to clients, programs, and markets, and are ready to start staffing events.
