In 2014, U.S. Cellular engaged us to build a software solution that would facilitate in scheduling, managing, and reporting on their field marketing and experiential activities.

U.S. Cellular, is a regional carrier which owns and operates the fifth-largest wireless telecommunications network in the United States, serving 5 million customers in 426 markets in 23 U.S. states. The company has its headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.

U.S. Cellular conducts one of the largest, most comprehensive local marketing programs in the industry. Numerous executions are performed annually by some of the best and most talented marketers in the country.

Application Key components

  • Manage requests, approvals, and automated notifications for executions.
  • A customer data capture integration which reports on leads to date through a real-time API integration. All questions and associated responses are stored alongside their associated event data and utilized for dashboards and in-depth analysis.
  • A coupon fulfillment system integration with a 3rd party vendor which provides coupon orders based on execution type and date and tracks all shipments directly through the solution.
  • Customized text and email communication functionality with the ability to set delivery timeframes to various roles.
  • Administrative rights to customize the software solution for future programming needs.
