Eight Questions, No Spreadsheets
What field marketing teams ask mAInevent Agents, what comes back, and how five releases in 2026 widened the range of answerable questions.
A client asks how the quarter looked in the Southeast. Different cut than the one you sent last month, and they want it on the call.
Every visit, every recap, and every image was already in MainEvent. Most of it sat there unanalyzed, because getting an answer out meant going through whoever knew the reporting module and waiting for their calendar to clear. So the honest answer on the call was “let me get back to you tomorrow.”
mAInevent Agents answers it on the call instead. You ask in plain English, and you are not waiting on an analyst or the one person who knows the report builder. Here is what teams ask day to day.
Reporting a client can read
“Create a formatted report of this month’s events by campaign, with totals and a summary.” A branded report with a campaign breakdown, event counts, completion rates, and a written summary, shared as a link.

“Compare Q1 2024 vs Q1 2025 event volume by market.” A side by side table with a color coded change column. The follow up matters as much as the query: ask for just the markets that declined and it filters what is on screen rather than starting over.

“Show me a map of active event locations in the Southeast, color coded by location type.” Interactive pins, clickable for detail, that drop into the client deck.
“mAInevent Agents has been a breath of fresh air for our team. Its ability to quickly help me create clear, shareable reports and organized lists in a matter of minutes has been incredible. What used to take a significant amount of time can now be accomplished quickly and efficiently.”
Shelbey Smith, Fleet Manager, All Terrain
Staff and compliance
“Which staff checked in more than 15 minutes late last month? Show me by market.” A ranked table with scheduled time, actual check in, and minutes late, used directly in a compliance review. It used to be a manual cross reference of two reports.
“What is our total approved claim spend for each campaign year to date, by claim type?” Mileage, hourly, and per diem broken out, exported to CSV for finance in one click.

Analysis that used to need a specialist
“What is the average household income and Spanish speaking population across our Texas event locations?” A census linked table, used to support a client pitch on market targeting. Getting that used to mean finding someone with GIS access. Depletion data works the same way, tying field activity to bottles actually sold.

“Which locations had fewer than two events in the last 90 days but five or more in the same period last year?” Locations going quiet, surfaced early enough for the account team to step in while there is still an account. This is the one nobody used to ask, because building it by hand took longer than the window to act on it.

What widened the range in 2026
- January connected the agent to sales figures, census data, and third party sources, so questions whose answers live outside MainEvent became answerable at all.
- May brought a new portal on updated models with expanded MCP tooling.
- June moved heavy jobs into a background process, so a request covering years of data no longer holds up the conversation you are having.
- July added history search and memory, so you stop re-explaining how your program is structured and stop hunting for the report you built in March.
- August added session controls, passcode protected links, and sharing inside your company without making something public.
August is the one that matters most on large accounts. It governs who can see an answer once it exists, which is what lets a result travel past the person who asked for it. Throughout, the agent reads your data and cannot change it, and every query runs against live data rather than a nightly copy.
“The mAInevent Agents capabilities have been my favorite addition to the product. It's been exciting to see how much the functionality has evolved and how it can turn event data into meaningful reports, insights, and visualizations. I'm looking forward to seeing how those capabilities continue to grow.”
